1. General Provisions and Consent

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the jeetbuzz platform and all its services. By browsing the website, creating an account, or using any service, you give your full agreement to these Terms.

jeetbuzz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the user's responsibility to stay informed about the latest Terms.

1.1 Scope of Terms

These Terms cover all of the following:

• Account registration and management on the jeetbuzz platform

• Financial transactions – deposits and withdrawals

1.2 Legal Eligibility

To create an account on jeetbuzz, you must meet the following conditions: be at least 21 years of age; have no legal restriction on conducting online gaming activities in your area of residence; and operate only one account in your own name. Attempting to open multiple accounts may result in immediate closure of all associated accounts.

2. Account Registration and Management

When creating a jeetbuzz account, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account suspension or termination, and the balance of that account may be forfeited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

jeetbuzz conducts identity verification to ensure the security of financial transactions. Before initiating a withdrawal, or after a certain volume of transactions, you may be required to submit one of the following documents: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be delayed until KYC is complete.

2.3 Account Security

The security of your account is your own responsibility. Keep your password confidential and never share it with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

2.4 Account Closure

Users may close their own account by contacting the customer support team. jeetbuzz also reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the event of a Terms violation.

3. Financial Transactions – Deposits and Withdrawals

jeetbuzz supports the common and secure payment methods available in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are carried out over encrypted connections.

3.1 Deposit Terms

Users can add funds to their jeetbuzz account using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (bank transfers are supported from Sonali Bank, Dutch Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.

• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Transactions made using a third-party payment account may be cancelled.
• The deposit process is automatic – the balance is generally credited instantly.
• Deposits in cryptocurrency or any other digital currency are not supported.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

Users can withdraw their balance using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

• Withdrawals can only be made to KYC-verified accounts.
• Withdrawals are generally made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily put on hold in cases of suspected suspicious activity.

4. Bonus and Promotional Offers

jeetbuzz provides various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which must be read carefully before claiming.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit – up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500; the wagering required to use this bonus is ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. This means you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before withdrawing bonus funds. The deposit portion may be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, but doing so will cancel the bonus.

• Wagering must be completed within the set time limit to qualify for the bonus.
• Not all games may count equally towards wagering.
• The list of eligible games will be stated in the bonus details.

4.3 VIP Cashback

The jeetbuzz VIP program has five tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), Platinum (up to 0.8%), and Diamond (up to 1.0%). Cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week. Example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week receives ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse – such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, exclusively placing low-risk bets, or collusion – is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled and the account closed.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

jeetbuzz offers sports betting, casino games, live casino, and other gaming services. Each service has its own rules, which are displayed on the game or event page.

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet has been successfully confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, if an event is postponed, cancelled, or conducted outside the scheduled time, jeetbuzz reserves the right to cancel the bet and refund the amount. For in-play betting, bets may be rejected due to network delays or technical errors.

5.2 Multi-Bet and Single Bet

Restrictions may apply when building a multi-bet (parlay) from separate markets within a single event. It may not be possible to combine correlated selections from the same event in one multi-bet.

5.3 Technical Errors

If a game result is affected by a software error, network issue, or any other technical cause, jeetbuzz may cancel the relevant bet or game and the wagered amount will be refunded. Any winnings obtained by exploiting a technical error will be considered void.

5.4 Game Fairness

All games on jeetbuzz are operated through certified software providers. Slots and casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG), which determines the outcome of each round completely independently. Previous results do not affect future results.

6. Responsible Gaming Policy

6.1 Setting Limits

9. Prohibited Activities

3. Conducting transactions through money laundering or illegal funds.
4. Betting or gaming using bots, scripts, or automated software.
5. Exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities.
6. Collusion or coordinated fraudulent betting strategies.
7. Impersonating jeetbuzz staff.
8. Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
9. Allowing anyone under the age of 21 to use an account.
10. Conducting transactions using third-party payment methods.
